Panda features the mini-ITX form factor specified by VIA. miniITX is an ultra small compact design that fits all the features of a motherboard onto a small 17cm x 17 cm PCB. The Panda features a Processor running at 1 GHz. The chip runs so cool that in some configurations, it does not require a processor fan. This unit consumes far less power then regular motherboards. Despite it's small size, the miniITX is fully featured. Not only does the motherboard have video out, it also can be configured with a digital out so that you can send the output to a receiver or video processor.
