"I am happy and satisfied with the product" - Syed Shah I saw the advertisement about the MicroServer from NorhTec. I visited their facility in Bangkok - Mr. Michael Barnes was very helpful explaining in detail about the products. I purchased four sets of boards and two complete MicroServers. We work in the mining industry in Canada. Our work involves terrain following, i.e., low flying over selected areas to collect data from our instruments for mineral mapping and exploration. For the last few years, our job was to locate diamond targets for our clients. I put a system together and took it to Northern Canada (past the Arctic Circle) and used the system from July till Nov 2003. The system was in a King Air 90 airplane and the MicroServers were outside in a plastic box for protection against the blowing snow. The temperature during our working season was between -38 C to +12 C. All the boards and MicroServers worked well. Only one time, the system was unable to boot because the hard drive got frozen due to extreme cold (but the MicroServer was still functional).
